Here is a creative and simple way to make a quilled paper heart for Valentine’s Day.
With Valentine’s Day coming up, one of my favorite Valentine’s Day cards I’ve ever made was this one. Paper quilling into the shape of a heart. Simple but beautiful. To do this, cut construction paper into 1/4″ strips. Wrap each strip tightly around a tooth pick. Arrange all your quilling pieces onto the front of the card in a heart shape. Glue with white glue. Let dry and then write your Valentine a special message.
